Sweet spot

There is a sweet spot with omelets. I have not gotten there yet. Don’t get me wrong, they taste okay.its just there is always something of when it comes to looks.
I can’t seem to get the amount of filling, or the flip.
This omelet was great tasting even tho it fell all apart.
I even looked at YouTube videos. I still suck.
And I don’t want to start talking about the Japanese rolled omelets I have tried to make.
The omelets looked like they were rolled in a dark alley, for their bus money.
The best part about not having anyone hang out
at my house is I never have to worry about not being embarrassed by my cooking.
