Started my day with a quick egg scramble wrap.
It was simple eggs in a huge pan so the came out really flat,with Green onions mixed in. One a bed of spring mix, which was slathered with a mix of plain Greek yogurt and Avocados.
Super easy and with the whole wheat 9 grams of fiber wraps I did not have to feel guilty about having the bread.
Rounded out with slow drip coffee and milk no sugar. Felt like I started my day off well.
